Water Is Your Friend!

We all know how important it is to drink A LOT of water every day! The recommended amount is half of your body weight in ounces, so if you weigh 140 pounds, then you are aiming for 70 ounces of water a day.  Some days it it is hard to get all of the water down, I struggle with it as well, but this is a great idea to help with that.  Draw lines on your pretty water bottles that represent a time that you have to drink all of the water above the line by.  It might seem silly, but it really is great motivation & keeps you on track :)
