Thin Mint Smoothie

Who doesn't LOVE Girl Scout cookies?  Frozen Thin Mints and Tagalongs were always my favorite!!  I was a Girl Scout when I was younger and made it to being a Junior.  It was a really great time of my life because my Grandma was my troop leader and I was able to spend a lot of time with her.  We went on a ton of great trips visiting many different cities and going camping.  We volunteered in our community, participated in fundraising efforts and were always part of local parades.  I really, really enjoyed it and I think it is something that more young girls should take part in.  It helps girls develop leadership, entrepreneurial, life and fine tuned social skills.  This "Thin Mint" smoothie recipe is dedicated to my Grandma, who sadly passed away from Colorectal cancer a couple of years ago, but drinking this shake always brings me back to her.

Ingredients:
1 serving of chocolate Shakeology
1/2 cup almond milk or nonfat milk
1 tsp. mint extract
1 cup ice



Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in blender until thick and creamy.  Serve in a tall glass an pretend that you're eating a full sleeve of Girl Scout cookies.  Enjoy !
