Grilled Chicken & Hummus Wrap

This is something that I eat all of the time.  It's quick, portable and the tortilla always fulfills my carb cravings, plus I can always put different clean ingredients in the wrap for some variety.  Have fun with your lunch wraps!



Ingredients:
Whole wheat tortilla
Low fat hummus (any flavor, I like roasted red pepper)
Grilled chicken, sliced
Lettuce
Tomato
Feta cheese

Preparation:
1.    Spread hummus on a whole grain tortilla.
2.    Next, slice grilled chicken thin and place on the wrap.
3.    Top with lettuce, tomato, feta cheese and any other veggies that you like.
4.    If I have extra roasted red peppers and onions I will put them on top as well. I just wrap it up and put it in my cooler for lunch with a piece of fruit and water! Perfect!
