About: A bride who grew up without a dad is raising money for her future father-in-law after he was run over by an ambulette & cannot walk, even after 12+ agonizing surgeries. We want to spread awareness of their story & struggles!

Step 3) EARN BONUS ENTRIES & a Gift From Us: Pay It Forward! This step is optional, but we're asking everyone who enters the giveaway to PLEASE, PLEASE make a "mini" donation between $5 - $15 to the fundraiser that you read about in Step 2. Healthy Cherry Vanilla Almond Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. Old Fashioned or Rolled Oats
1 C. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
3 Over Ripe Bananas, Mashed
3/4 C. Almonds (I used Slices.)
1/2 C. Dried Cherries
1/4 C. Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line cookie sheets with parchment paper or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Toss everything in a large bowl together and stir until well combined.

Drop cookies by even 2 tbsps. of batter onto the prepared baking sheet. Keep the cookies 1-2 inches apart.
Place into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Tips To Improve Body Confidence!

So body confidence is always a subject that is on every womans mind!  We are constantly comparing ourselves to others, wishing our boobs were bigger, butt was smaller and that are abs were firmer.  Why is it that we have this ability to turn any compliment that is given to us into something negative! 

We constantly set ourselves up for failure by the negative self talk that we use each and every day.

So today I want to arm you with some really great ways that you can help to get rid of that Debbie Downer mentality about your body.  It is a gift and you should celebrate it, even if you aren't quite where you want to be just yet!  It will happen and it will take time.  Keeping a positive outlook in the meantime is key to your emotional well being!


1.  Redirect talk about dieting or body bashing with your girlfriends. When body bashing comes up as a topic of conversation, you have several options. You can change the subject. You can find someone else to talk to. Or you can kindly say, “Talking about dieting makes me a little neurotic right now. Can we talk about something else?” By speaking up, you may find an ally, a source of support.


Water Is Your Friend!

We all know how important it is to drink A LOT of water every day! The recommended amount is half of your body weight in ounces, so if you weigh 140 pounds, then you are aiming for 70 ounces of water a day.  Some days it it is hard to get all of the water down, I struggle with it as well, but this is a great idea to help with that.  Draw lines on your pretty water bottles that represent a time that you have to drink all of the water above the line by.  It might seem silly, but it really is great motivation & keeps you on track :)
